Our client wanted to run a series of webinars to agree on the use of digital technology and social media to support healthcare system resources in psychiatry. But who were the Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs) that could drive these webinars?
Task
We researched the major social media platforms and carried out a comprehensive review of digital health apps. We used our bespoke social media tool which enables us to run HCP-specific searches and hear the tweet of the rare forest owlet amongst the overwhelming bird songs

Over 1 million posts were analysed and filtered for scientific relevance
400 digital apps were reviewed for credibility and real-world use
